Well, a start-up out of Southern California called Woodsnap has made it possible. Aside from doing their good deed by planting a tree every time a print is purchased; the harvesting, sourcing, cutting, routing, sanding, printing and finishing of the wood is all done in the good ol’ USofA. The process consists of printing the photo directly onto the wood canvas – adding texture and a touch of unique to your photo. Yes, you can print your Instagrams.
