This Titanium Mouse Isn’t Made by Apple

Undeniably one of the best looking mouses we’ve seen doesn’t come from Apple, but it comes in the form of the Titanium Mouse by Intelligent Design. Hand-crafted in the Netherlands, this is a great example of combining sleek design with the latest technology. The futuristic mouse features an ergonomic palm-fitting body, Grade 1 titanium shell, and a neodymium magnet scroll wheel that provides the user with smooth and functional control. Tech and style geeks should be all over this.

The Beer Foamer Improves Beer Presentation

Presentation of beer is probably the last thing on the mind of a person about to consume it. However, that didn’t stop Norm Architects from creating the Beer Foamer. This elegant-looking piece of drinking hardware is pretty unusual to say the least, but if it makes my beer look tastier and more appealing to drink, I’m all for that. It takes only a few seconds to make your beer frothy; simply pour a little bit of beer into the Beer Foamer, swish it around, then pour it on top of your for the perfect presentation. Don’t be surprised if one day you walk into your favorite hipster bar and find this device being used by your bartender while serving up your beloved IPA.

Take a Look: Inside the 9/11 Museum

It almost seems like yesterday my Dad was waking my whole family up a little after 5 a.m Pacific telling us that we need to come look at this. In shock at what we were looking at on the television screen, it became even more evident after seeing the second plane hit that this was no accident. I was a freshman in high school when terrorists attacked the World Trade Center, but I was old enough to know that this would forever change the course of not only America’s history, but the world’s.

Orée Pebble 2 is a Wooden Block of Technology

We’ve been seeing a variation of wireless charging platforms as of late, but Orée Pebble 2 is probably one of our favorites. Not only does it charge your smartphone wirelessly by setting your phone on top of it, but the second round of the Oree Pebble also contains an integrated 360° Bluetooth speaker and microphone. All of this is built-in to a single block of French walnut, tilia wood or a white Carrare marble. It’s QI compatibility allows you to charge any smartphone and, of course, iPhone users can purchase a special case made by Oree that has QI integrated into the case. Listening to music while talking on the phone and charging it at the same time has never looked so good.

Learn About the Revolution of Craft Beer with this Book

Now that I’ve gotten older and much, much wiser I discovered that my preference for craft beer has far exceeded my college cravings of Natty Light and Bud Light. So, with the craft beer industry booming at levels we’ve never seen it was only appropriate that the co-founder of Brooklyn Brewery wrote a book  titled The Craft Beer Revolution: How a Band of Microbrewers Is Transforming the World’s Favorite Drink. There are more than 2,700 craft breweries in the United States with another 1,500 in the works and now the craze is spreading through Europe. So we say this is a pretty big boom! Pick up this book and your craft beer expertise will be up to par after reading it. [Available HERE]

Stream Michael Jackson's New Album 'XSCAPE'

The King of Pop might be laying peacefully in a grave, but that hasn’t stopped him from dropping new albums. Michael Jackson’s posthumous XSCAPE album is now streaming one week before its official release date and it’s really not all that bad. I mean, nothing can ever compare to his greatest hits of  the 80’s and 90’s, but we just have to accept what they had to work with. The new album includes both reworked songs and the originals, with production from Timbaland, Stargate, Rodney Jerkins and more.

Mahabis is Reinventing the Slipper

Slippers are made to be comfortable, but the funny thing is most of them are far from it. Starting with the sole, you’ve probably noticed the slippers you bought from Wal-Mart are hard on your feet. That’s because they were simply designed for convenience and not for comfort. Mahabis however was designed for both, and they are reinventing the slipper game just the way we’ve always imagined.
