The Making of Neon Signs

Passing by business signage everyday, I don’t think we take enough time to appreciate the art and craftsmanship it took to get that sign made. Particularly with neon signs, it’s a craft that a lot of people take for granted unknowingly. In appreciation of the craft The Making of Neon Signs by Cpak Studio for M+ gives us an inside look at how neon signs are made as master craftsmen go through the production processes from design, tube bending, gas filling and more. Standing out from the crowd can come at a high price, but if you’ve got the money to do it, the Gold Plated Xbox One would be perfect to show off. From luxury department store Harrods, they bring you a very expensive Xbox One ($9,780 to be exact) that’s plated with 24-carat gold and there is only one available. It’s only available at Harrods’ London location, but if you’re even considering buying it, then you probably won’t have a problem getting to London. No special features are included, just the bragging rights of calling yourself a “baller.”

NBA 2K14

You’re probably thinking, “Oh great, another rigged NBA 2K game.” In a few ways it probably will be, but NBA 2K14 definitely has its perks. Crews is back after being left out for two years, Dynamic Live Rosters is probably one of our favorites due to the fact that it automatically updates daily to reflect true life hot and cold streaks. One thing we are really stoked about is the enhanced defense, which includes blocked dunks, and the new Pro Stick that lets you throw down show-stopping moves, pull off intricate shots, and toss flashy no-look passes with much-needed accuracy.

Being at your favorite football team’s game on Sunday is exciting, but we all know that you’d rather be at home watching all of the games because you’re that addicted to Fantasy Football. Grand Theft Auto V

Rockstar has just unveiled that they will be releasing Grand Theft Auto Online coinciding with the release of Grand Theft Auto V next month. The much-anticipated game has a slew of features like switching between characters with a single button, their largest open world yet, but most notably the real life intricacy that was put into the game like deep-sea diving, yoga, skydiving and even real-estate investment. Now, with the new and expanded online multiplayer you’ll be able to explore the world on your own or form a crew to take on heist and robbery missions together. Content-creation tools to design races and customize deathmatches will also be apart of the new online community. Pick it up in mid-September.
