Snoop Lion "Reincarnated" Documentary

Calvin Broadus, Jr. aka Snoop Dogg aka Snoop Lion. He’s been around to witness many things in his industry. He’s released 12 studio albums along with four collaboration albums, so it’s safe to say the man has left his mark in the industry. Shit, now that I think of it, I’ve been listening to his music practically my whole life, but now we get to witness him in his new documentary titled Reincarnated as he forms his reggae moniker – Snoop Lion. Originally supposed to be a short film we see this documentary transform into a 90 minute motion picture as Snoop visits Rasta temples, remote marijuana plantations and Reggae legend Bunny Wailer. Snoop Lion (Snoop Dogg) – Reincarnated Documentary Trailer

As many of you have probably heard by now, the artist formerly known as Snoop Dogg has changed his name to Snoop Lion. After a trip to Jamaica, Snoop Lion was heavily influenced by a vision that he should come back as Bob Marley. Maybe he was smokin’ a little bit to much of that Jamaican fire, but that’s just our opinion. Snoop is set to release a reggae album titled Reincarnated and to go along with it he will be releasing a documentary to show how Snoop Lion came about. Diplo, Ariel Reichtshaid and Dre Skull of Major Lazer will all play huge rolls in the up coming album. Catch the documentary trailer above.
