We see Shepard Fairey and Obey come together once again for another capsule collection with Incase. OBEY x Montana Colors MTN Limited Edition Spray Cans

For all of you wall writers out there these spray cans are a must have for your collection. Montana Colors has teamed up with OBEY to bring you these limited edition spray cans. Consisting of three colorways; each model represents one of the three classic OBEY colors: black, cream and red. Only 500 units were made of each color and each can comes in a wooden box with a star stamp and is signed by Shepard Fairey himself. Limited to one can per person, the release is set for sometime during the day April 17, 2012.

Obey – Peace & Justice Print

Always on top of their game Obey is set to release another print titled Peace and Justice Ornament for your visual pleasure. The print is 18″x24″ and comes in to colorways, red and black. The piece is also a limited run of 300 and will be signed and numbered. The release is scheduled for January 31st and is available through Obey’s online shop for only 45 greenbacks.

Obey In Copenhagen Part 1 & 2

Steve Ternoski of Obey Clothing followed Shepard around on his trip to Copenhagen for his solo show at V1 Gallery in August. The trip is documented in a 4 part series that will be released over the next few weeks. The videos include footage of the installations Shepard and the OBEY crew did, the show itself and after party as well as the controversy that surrounded the trip with commentary by Shepard Fairey.

Shepard Fairey ‘The Rise’

Obey and Shepard Fairey have released a video titled “The Rise”. In the video Shepard Fairey talks about the influence graffiti, skateboarding and punk rock had on his life and the ways it shaped his art career. Key moments such as a school trip to NYC and the melding of styles by brands such as Shut Skateboards allowed him to develop the techniques he still holds to this day. Shepard Fairey is back again with his latest politically-inspired print entitled ‘It’s Mourning in America.’  The poster is limited to 450 only (1 per person/household) with a portion of the proceeds going to a campaign finance reform organization.

The poster was released May 31st at Obey.
