We are not a frequent writer of Nike product, but since this is Koston and Kobe I think the exception is definitely there. Since many of you probably missed out on the Kobe Bryant Koston 1 ( seeing as there were only 24 pairs produced) here is the next best thing – the Eric Koston Premium. The only difference is the new Black Mamba upper from the previous Kobe VI. The inner still maintains the Lunarlon cushioning built directly into the removable sockliner/insole.

The popular Toki Mid from Nike has recently been updated with a nylon upper. The shoes come in two colorways – navy/white and grey/white options, each with white midsoles, perfect for the upcoming summer season.
Look for them now through finer Nike retail accounts worldwide, including Limited Edt. in Singapore.

As part of the Inspired Ingenuity competition by Havana Club, Nashmoney, known for his well executed sneaker customizations, created the above sneaker speakers.
The competition is taking place over the first six months of 2011, challenging artists, musicians and other creative talents to take the everyday and turn it into something special. A winner will be picked each month, and the final winner will win a trip to Cuba.
To help promote the competition, Intercity commissioned three artists to create a piece of work that takes the everyday and turns it into something special – and as we see sneaker customization as its own form of Inspired Ingenuity, Nash was an obvious choice as one of those artists. The result is a fully working Nike Air Force 1 sneakers turned into a set of speakers. (via Highsnobiety)
