Believe It or Not, Breaking Bulbs are 3D-Printed
3D printing is taking design to levels we’ve never seen before and it’s only going to get better. We previewed the Philips 3D-Printed Lamp a couple of weeks ago, but smaller brands like Gässling need some love too. Breaking Bulbs are their version of 3D lamps, but are offered in a whole different type of light (aren’t we clever?) A collection of three different types of 3D printed lamps (Oops I dropped the Bulb, Wrecking Bulb, Bullet meet Bulb), Breaking Bulbs were made to capture the split second in time when an object is destroyed on impact. It features a 6-watt LED bulb, so you might need to buy the whole collection to light up a room. Other than that, the concept of these things is pretty crazy and it’s sure to draw some serious attention to the 3D printing world.
