MaKey MaKey Invention Kit
“Invent” is a word that for some odd reason triggers the attention of any human being. I remember when I was young and as soon as I heard the word, it was all eyes on it. Although inventing comes at no easy task, in reality what does? Ups, downs, trial and error but most importantly the time and dedication you’ve put into your master plan can all play key roles in getting your invention out the door and in to the market. If you’re about to dip your toe into the inventors category then start off with this MaKey MaKey Invention Kit. It may look like a gutted down Nintendo controller with some wires coming out of it, but in reality its much more powerful than that. Simply Alligator Clip two objects to the MaKey MaKey board. For example, you and an apple. When you touch the apple, you make a connection, all while MaKey MaKey sends the computer a keyboard message commanding it to do the exact same thing a keyboard or mouse would accomplish. Thus making it work with all programs and webpages, because all programs and webpages take keyboard and mouse input. Sure, you may think you’re too old for this, but you never know, the next big thing can come out of something so simple and it could be you inventing it.
