G.P.P.R Presents Frameworks: An Introspection
We present to you G.P.P.R ‘s latest venture into eyewear entitled Frameworks. GPPR’s inaugural foray into eyewear; an essential piece of a man’s ensemble, a pair of well-crafted frames can easily be the pivotal item that finishes a man’s semblance.
The first installation in this program is The Malcom, an eyewear frame inspired by the indelible Malcom X. Crafted in Japan using hand molded Italian acetate with CR-39 lenses, these frames were created for the reformed iconoclast, the contemptuous gentleman: the modern Renaissance Man.

G.P.P.R. – Summer 2011 Lookbook
Here is a fresh and fairly new brand coming out of the Los Angeles area by the name of G.P.P.R. (the Gentleman, the Philosopher, the Pervert, and the Rebel) which pretty much all fits right in here at Direkt Concept. We like the approach that this brand has taken – keeping in mind the modern Renaissance Man, putting a finely polished story behind the brand and each line that is produced. This Summer’s line entitled Circle of Dissidents “reflects respect for contention, for the man standing outside looking in with distaste.” The company was founded by Bam Barcena of the women’s line HELLZ.
