Rock the Bells 2012 Festival Lineup

The lineup has been announced for the much-anticipated hip-hop festival, Rock the Bells. For the first time in nine years the festival has expanded over a two-day period in four major North American markets. The line-up will consist of seminal artists such as Nas, Method Man, Ice Cube and special guests Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. Upcoming artists like Kendrick Lamar, J Cole and 2 Chainz will also grace us with their presence. The festival will kick off in San Bernardino, CA on August 19 and 20 at the NOS Events Center, make its way to Mountain View, CA on August 25 and 26 at the Shoreline Amphitheatre and will wrap on the east coast in Newark, NJ on September 1 and 2 at PNC Arts Center. 

Tickets go on-sale May 19th!

*Lupe Fiasco announced via twitter that he will not be apart of the Rock the Bells lineup as mentioned above.

Paid Dues Festival Line Up & Set Times (500th Post)

The line-up and Set times have been released for the upcoming Paid Dues Festival and its looking to be a good one. Besides having to choose between Kendrick Lamar and Mac Miller for the last set; the line-up consists of veteran acts and some of the newest acts to come out of the hip-hop game. Check the times below and there is still time to get tickets if you haven’t already. The festival is April 7 at the San Bernardino NOS Events Center.

Coachella Music Festival 2012 Lineup

Coachella has recently announced this year’s official 2012 lineup through its Twitter account. and it certainly looks like another successful year in the making. I know our Facebook feed has been blowing up with people wondering just when will that damn line up come out! Well, here you have it, headlined by The Black Keys, Radiohead and Dr. Dre & Snoop Dogg, the roster also includes some notable acts including  Bon Iver, Frank Ocean, Odd Future, SBTRKTand one of our favorites Kendrick Lamar. For the first time however, the festival will be held for two consecutive weekends (April 13-15 and April 20-22) with the same lineup.

Tickets go on sale Friday and range from $285 for a three-day pass to $665 for a VIP pass. There is also a general admission ticket that includes a hotel shuttle option for $335. An influx of traffic has shut down the official Coachella website, but check local Ticket Master locations for more information.
