Calvin Broadus, Jr. aka Snoop Dogg aka Snoop Lion. He’s been around to witness many things in his industry. He’s released 12 studio albums along with four collaboration albums, so it’s safe to say the man has left his mark in the industry. Originally supposed to be a short film we see this documentary transform into a 90 minute motion picture as Snoop visits Rasta temples, remote marijuana plantations and Reggae legend Bunny Wailer. The Pirate Bay Official Documentary

It’s been awhile since we posted up a video so we thought this would be relevant to a lot of you since you probably use the platform. Entitled The Pirate Bay Away From Keyboard, the documentary is now available online for viewing and what a coincidence – it’s free! Created by filmmaker Simon Klose, the film highlights founders Gottfrid Svartholm, Fredik Neij, and Peter Sunde, as they are the minds behind arguably the world’s best BitTorrent search engine – Pirate Bay. The 90 minute documentary provides insight into The Pirate Bay’s daily operations, as well as the attempts of the film and music industries to bring down the operation. You can view The Pirate Bay Away From Keyboard in its entirety above.

The Return of Derrick Rose Documentary Trailer

One of the biggest disappointments for me this past NBA season/playoffs was not getting to see Derrick Rose play to his full extent due to injuries that sidelined him for numerous games during the regular season. When that first game of the playoffs rolled around I thought he looked like a whole new athlete. The whole game we saw the D-Rose we have grown to love and then all of a sudden, it happened, again. A torn left ACL this time. An injury we know can end a player’s career. It’s disappointing to watch an athlete so skilled in his game and a player loved by many, be so injury prone. The documentary trailer above, The Return of Derrick Rose documents the rehabilitation process of the young and very talented athlete as he gets back into the swing of things for the upcoming 2012-13 season.    The emotion in this kids face is definitely a dedication I have never seen before, so it will be interesting to watch the feelings come out as he rehabilitates that ACL.
