Common Featuring Nas – Ghetto Dreams

A couple of days ago Amazon premiered a preview of Common’s first single off of his upcoming ninth album, The Dreamer, The Believer. Not only has the White House controversy and the fact that Common hasn’t put out an album since 2008 made this track a highly-anticipated one, but Nas as the co-star? The song, entitled “Ghetto Dreams” is produced by No I.D.

Be on the lookout for the full song, which will supposedly be made available for purchase on June 23.

Common – Follow Me

A little bit more than a week ago, we first heard a previously unreleased record by Chi Town’s very own Common, entitled “Follow Me.” The good folks over at Fake Shore Drive now provide the tagless version for your audible pleasure. Contrary to prior belief, the track was not produced by Karriem Riggins but Kanye West. The origin of the tune remains unclear, but Common’s upcoming project The Dreamer, The Believer is almost completed.
