theQ Camera

theQCamera-00

With smartphone cameras taking over, people don’t even know what a point-and-shoot camera is anymore, but I think we’ve found a solution in theQ Camera that can revive them at a whole different level. Combining a camera with social media aspects, theQ contains built-in 3G so while your on the move it’ll upload your photos across your social networks, while also allowing you to add filters, along with saving them in the unlimited space that you get with theQ lab. It also boasts an f2.4 wide-angle lens with a shock and scratch-resistant mix of glass and plastic built around it, a powerful LED flash, and you can even take it underwater without having to buy one of those over-priced waterproof cases. Combine all of that with its mini-size of 3.5 x 2.1 x 0.62 inches, and you’ll forget you even have a phone.

Lomography Konstruktor DIY Kit

Konstruktor-DIY-Camera

Photography is pretty great but, because you didn’t make the stunning scenery that you are probably photographing (I don’t think….God?) then you can’t really take much satisfaction from taking a kick-ass photo. Well, think again, young man, because with the awesome Lomography Konstruktor DIY Kit you can ramp up your levels of smugness significantly because, even if you didn’t plant the stunning tree or unleash the animals on the Serengeti that you’re taking a photo of, you will have made the camera with your own fair hands. Which, I think we can all agree, is much more satisfying than taking the ultimate photo of your cat falling off the sofa or looking grumpy or something. Assembly required. DIY-noobs need not apply.
