Polaroid Socialmatic Camera
Originally a concept back in 2012, the Polaroid Socialmatic Camera is set to become a reality in 2014. Featuring a 14MP front camera and 2MP back camera, the Android-based “social” device also has built-in WiFi which allows you to capture an image and immediately upload it to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google+ and more. Making this thing standout from your ordinary camera is obviously the design, but the built-in ink-less printing system that lets you produce 2×3-inch prints with sticker backings is pretty damn convenient. It uses heat-activated Zink paper and takes about under a minute to print your photo. You’ve become so obsessed with Instagram that you forgot you can actually still print your pictures on actual paper.

Sony α5000 Camera
Writers block has set us back a bit, but we are trying to find a few words to dish out this week because we know you are lost without us (not really but we like to think that). With the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) happening in Las Vegas right now, there will be no lack of technology posts over here. Nikon Df Digital SLR
Taking it back in time is the Nikon Df Digital SLR camera – brand spankin’ new from the powerhouse camera maker. All the fuss seems to be about the old-school body infused with today’s world of digital, and we have to say we are fussin’ about it too. It features a lighter body at 1.5 pounds, a 16.2MP image sensor paired with EXPEED 3 image processing, mechanical dials for shutter speed, ISO sensitivity, exposure compensation, exposure mode, release mode, and is compatible with not only current AF, AF-S, DX and AF-D lenses, but Ai and non-Ai Nikkor lenses going back to 1959. Pick it up in a black or silver body, but it seems to be a hot commodity at the moment, so if you’re looking into it you may have put your name on a long list.

Kapsones 3D-Printed Lens Hoods
With 3D printing getting ready to take over the manufacturing sector we are seeing various objects being developed by the robotic looking machines. Kapsones 3D-Printed Lens Hoods are just one of many products being thought up by a human, and being developed by a 3D printer. Simply choose the type of lens you’ll be using your hood with, choose from a variety of colors, and a choice between knitted, street, stealth or a baroque pattern. If none of the patterns suite your needs, just let them know and maybe they can work out something special for you.
