iOS 7 wasn’t the only thing Apple had in its bag of tricks for us yesterday. They’ve finally introduced to us the long-awaited Mac Pro. With a complete overhaul to their lightning fast computer you pretty much take one look at it and wonder what the hell it is. Well, it’s a computer my friends and it packs quite the punch for being in such a small package. Specifically targeted to designers, video editors and subjects alike, this 10″ x 7″ cylinder houses a 12-core processor, 40GB of PCIe bandwith, 60GB of memory, dual GPUs (which allow editing of 4K video) and two-times faster flash storage. Other features include the built-in Thunderbolt 2, USB 3, Gigabit Ethernet, and HDMI 1.4 ports all of which make this desktop a hassle to compete with. Oh, did we mention it’ll be assembled in the U.S.A? Just another added piece to the conversation.
